It's probably asking for six things which can happen to drugs over time which is why it has an expiry date.

Some meds are very stable. I have a bottle of sulfafurazole from 1968. Fusidic acid also very stable. Expiry dates are given by manf for period in which they guarantee potency. I had a friend with Addisons who was on cortisone. She used an old supply and they were not effective. Took some time to get her stable again. She was responsible for one of my early locums. Just diagnosed in the 50s., her husband looked up a medical directory and read " invariably fatal". At time book written, cortisone not yet isolated and synthesised.
I locumed for her for the next 30 years and still keep contact with her daughter who was five at the time.

Some clues then have a google around.

Eye drops : in use contamination.
              Antibiotics : stable before reconstitution.

Hi I teach level 2 and level 3 pharmacy and would expect your anwer to include
                  efficacy
                  potency
                  safety
                  toxicity
You also need to look at legal requirements on expiry dates.
                  Hope this helps.
