  • PCN interview, GP practices

    Hello everyone!

I did an interview yesterday for a PCN pharmacist role. Just in case somebody might find it useful I wrote down all the questions I could remember after the interview, so I leave them here

    - Tell us a bit about you, what's taken you here, what do you like to do in your free time
    - Why did you apply
    - How do you organise your work
    - Medicine is always changing, how do you keep up to date
    - Give us an example of how you dealt recently with an incident or complaint
    - Give us an example of you going the extra mile for the organisation or the patients
    - If we ask your colleagues about you, what do you think they'll say that are your biggest strengths and weaknesses
    - Work environment, several practices, how will you fit with all of them
    - Do you have any areas of interest
    - How are you going to use your prescribing qualification
    - Where do you see yourself in 5 years

    hope it helps someone

Many thanks for giving feedback. So many expect answers but do not bother to give feedback to help others.

      Fingers crossed you get it!!!

Great to see feedback on here and hopefully this will help someone else with similar aspirations.
I remember when a blog was an individual boot.
