Working for B***s always reminded me of the "Kweeg" episode in Red Dwarf.
Is it like that working for L****s.
      47 BC : Julius Cesar : Veni Vidi Vici : I came, I saw I conquered.
      2018 AD : Modern Man : I shopped, I clicked, I collected.
      How times change.

If you find you have read something that has upset or offended you an anyway please unread it at once.

            Re: Customer is always right.........wrong!!!

When I was a pre-reg at Boots, our Territorial General Manager said "where there is reasonable doubt the customer is given the benefit of the doubt. The customer is not always right."

That has sustained me since 1977

It is not bad service, when a customer comes in and tells you he bought a "St Michaels" cardigan at your pharmacy and you tell him he is wrong. There are many shades of grey and I always try to treat people as I would like to be treated. I have heard many instances of Lloyds shafting their staff in front of smug lying customers to the extent that I wonder how they retain staff.

Does moving threads to the pharmacist only section mean we don't have to talk to students..............?
