    Is this discontinued?

    It depends on their prescribing status.
    Nurse prescriber : Must stick to formularly in the drug tariff.
    Nurse Independant : Can prescribe anything apart from some CDs

    You can always try the DM+D.
    Prescription Pricing Authority - DMD Browser

    To see if something is still available try the C&D price list web site.

        It only works with internet explorer, firefox is blocked.
        You have probably figured the next bit out, but for anyone who is stuck...
        Roughly speaking...
        VTM = Virtual Therapeutic moiety - ingredients.
        VMP = Generic name
        AMP = Actual Medicinal Product - Brands and generics with manufacturer
        VMPP = Virtual Medicinal Product Pack : Where the tariff information is
        AMPP = Actual Medicinal Product Pack : Where blacklist is (I think)

        The DM+D is very important to pharmacy as it is the keystone of EPS.

          I generally just phone the PPA and ask if I'll get paid - I thought supplementary prescribers could also prescribe anything in the BNF - and Kamillosan is there. Mind you for £2.50 I'm not sure I'd bother with a phone call - it's not worth the hassle - just dispense and get someone to redo it if it's returned.
