I have a situation that I think would match one of the assessment titles, what do you all think?

Assessment: Identifying a difference between workplace policies/procedures and suppliers or manufacturer’s instructions

The situation: A care home requesting that Gabapentin (as per their home policy) be treated in the same way as other controlled drugs, such as Temazepam, Fentanyl etc. Packed and delivered in a sealed controlled drug bag and recorded on a controlled drug delivery form. In the assessment i will go into more detail about the different schedule regulations and how each one differs.
