Accuracy checking help

Good morning lovely people, please does anyone have a go to guide or list for how they accuracy check scripts? I'm starting my practise log this week and would like to see people's methods.

For me, it helps when I say the names of the items out when checking. Also, increased awareness of LASA.

I always tended to tick the name, strength and form on each box while comparing against the label and the prescription then check the dose instructions last. Check the bag label first and last as well.

Some supervising pharmacists may have an issue with marks on boxes but my logic was always to prioritise getting it out correctly.

Circling the expiry is good practice as well to show it's been checked.
