Pharmacists can change pharmacy for the better so moan to your head office/buyer/patients association/npsa/psnc/the daily mail. If working for a multiple speak to the branding exec and explain about cr@p generics and PIs. If they don't get it speak to the chief buyer. Post them some empty boxes! Send them some rubbish labels from your PMR. Email them a photograph of the worst things in your pharmacy. Head offices have a rose coloured image of the front line. Hello Mr chief exec just thought you ought to know that there was a 35 minute wait today in my pharmacy due to x and y. I'm sure that you wouldn't want 35 minutes so why are your customers having to put up with this? If I needed a prescription I would have walked out today and sent my script to Pharmacy2U.
Are you a "manager" that doesn't train your staff to the highest standards? Are you a locum who arrives late as you've bought a paper on the way in?
Tesh I'm with you but luckily not working in community anymore.
