Re: Tax evasion - not disclosing your full income
Amazing that questions about evading tax should be posted on the website. You ought to be grateful that you are in a position to have to pay tax in the first place. You have worked hard to become a member of a profession that will give you a decent lifestyle. Don't throw it all away be attempting to be dishonest in this way. It brings us all into disrepute by you even posting such a question on a public forum.
As already mentioned, companies keep audit trails of where monies are paid out. I can remember a tax inspector taking names of sole traders who supplied my pharmacy. They will certainly follow this up. Also, if you were daft enough to secrete away earnings with unpaid tax, what would you do with it? You could fritter it away but you would find it hard to place it in an investment vehicle. How would you explain away that capital if ever challenged.
You are at the top of a very slippery slope. Change your attitude and pay your tax like everybody else.

One benefit would be that striking off would reduce number of pharmacists and more work for everyone else.
