European Responsible Pharmacist
Hi all, I hope you are all well. I would like to know if a European pharmacist who did not get his degree in the UK can work in a pharmacy (as thre responsible pharmacist) that has not been opened for more than three years. I know that according to the original regulations, this was not possible, but I have recently heard that this has changed. Anybody knows anything about it? could anybody put me in the right direction and show me the right article or the right current regulation. Thank you very much. Kind regards....

Re: European Responsible Pharmacist
The short answer is not yet.
The Government has announced that it will change the rules but has not done so, so the rule remains that an EU qualified pharmacist cannot be the RP in a pharmacy that has been open for less than three years.
