Hey guys,
Just out of curiosity, is everybody fully booked for the next couple months?
I find my diary a bit frustrating at the moment as I still got quite a few gaps left. That never happened to me in the last 3 years.. Last week I was off for 2 days as there were no bookings coming through. That's scary...
Is it me? Is it my area? Or is it global?

Well, I wouldn't say that. I had regular 2 days a week in one place and was canceled with 2 weeks notice. Probably this is what messed my diary up. But I have to say I spoke to my mum yesterday who is a manager in one store and apparently she receives quite a few calls from unknown locums asking for work. That indicates something...

I am having real trouble getting anything within reasonable distance. Only new to locuming right enough, but I cannot stay where I am if I only get 3-4 days a week.

What a month last month was.. can't remember when I worked so hard as last month. Thank God, I'm back on track, bookings started coming through and I'm fully booked till the middle of august at the moment with couple random gaps.
Good luck for all those who are still struggling a bit.

I think it is getting a little harder all the time to get bookings. Sign of the times I suppose.
