    Can you claim VAT back on limited company?

    Hi

    Im locum in hospital, just wanted to ask if you can claim back VAT from the locuming agency?

    Any info will be usefull!

    If YOU are registered for VAT then you can claim it back, whether you are a limited company or not, but you also have to charge it on your services.

    In practice this "extra charge" doesn't matter to employers, as all pharmacies are vat registered, so they can claim it back too.
