    locum in Yorkshire

I've registered today and will be working full time but am interested in doing the odd locum e.g. saturday morning/night and Sunday. None of my locum friends can really recommend an agency as they say they are all as abd as each other or one will swear by one agency who another will say messed them around. Should I just go direct?

Yup - just phone around and say that you are available. Where abouts in Yorkshire - I'm about to retire.

P.S. If you're working for Lloyds their contract used to forbid you working elsewhere.

I'm not due to start for two weeks so i'll be ok then. I haven't actually signed my contract but I know pharmacists from that company who locum elsewhere.

    I'm in the Halifax/Bradford area.

I was thinking of doing overtime but I need to work out which is more lucrative

    Thanks for the advice

I'm going to phone around the supermarkets as they seem to open late. I only speak English so i'd be no use in some of the inner city areas too.
