    Advice needed. Thank You.

    Hi,

    I am a hospital pharmacist and I am thinking of starting to locum full time. Can anyone give me any advice?

    I will. Someone has told me it is better to get a company registered and it will be more profitable in terms of tax ect.
    Any advice on that?

    Tax on dividends is lower than PAYE. If you are a ltd company, accountancy costs could be £1,000-£2,000. If you are full time locum than worth it, if not practice as sole trader.

    What would you advice as I intend to locum full time.
