Its good, but like anywhere it has its good days and bad. At the end of the day its work so i cannot really complain. Being in this location is an obvious bonus, even though Gibraltar is a small place. There is the disadvantage of working in a small environment. I was used to large hospital depts in London and Birmingham so coming to a very small dept was a bit of a culture shock. Overall it is a good experience.
