Hi There Ive just completed my 3rd year of a pharmacy degree...and im panicking about pre reg places. I dont want to do Hospital....... But I've only applied to Lloyds and Co-op, is it too late to apply any where else? Im worried I may get stuck w/o a pre reg place nxt yr........ Is there anything else I can do if I have missed the deadline for the major companies? Any comments appreciated |

Hi, Try to go to the NPA (The National Pharmacy Association) website, you can register and apply for community placements, some of the closing dates' re until next year. Don't worry, you will get a place. Good luck. |

check your own school of pharmacy noticeboard. you sometimes find independent pharmacies advertising there for pre-reg applications. that's how I got my pre-reg job! that felt like a life-time ago...6 years now
