Hi, i'm just new to this forum and have just started the NPA NVQ3 in Pharmacy Services Module 8, it'd be really good to have some contacts who are at the same stage as myself to bounce ideas off of! I have dyslexia and sometimes the way questions are worded can really throw me off and it's hard to pinpoint what they are looking for. I don't know if anyone else finds this? Hope everyone did well on the Module 7 MCQs
Hi, Just got my results for the mcq an got a B+ surprised is an understatement, hope you did ok. Sometimes you need to read the question a few times I know this helps me Sue
Wow that's great, well done! i'm still to get mine, i only sat it on Wednesday so i have a while to wait. Yea true, it feels like they're deliberately trying to trick you sometimes!
Aw i'm sorry to hear that Caz =/ is it anything in particular that you're struggling with? Maybe we could help. Sometimes it can takes trying a few memory techniques out before it sticks, i know i had some odd ways of trying to remember things!
Never to old I'm nearly 53 if I can do it anyone can :-) I kept repeating stuff over and over out loud, think I probably drove my work colleagues crazy and my partner. Agree with Becca memory techniques help remembered all the tissues by relating it all to sneezing know it sounds mad but worked for me that was with the help of my work mate
That sounds like an interesting technique Susan! When remembering Connective Tissue i imagined a star with 5 points, the top point pointing to an Elastoplast (sounds like Fibroblasts and useful for when you get a cut or would), the second to a Big Mac burger (MACrophages) which opened and closed a bit like the yellow thing in PacMan ('eats' up germs)... I feel kind of stupid explaining it now but i had things for all of them and it really helped!
