As usual I suppose I am thought rude when merely trying to help. in the old days we would look up enzymes in encyclopaedia brittania.
I would start at the head and move down.
Eg, tears, mouth, stomach, intestine etc
eg lysozyme, amylase, pepsin, lipase and so on.
