NVQ 3 Yr 1. Any idea if a record should be kept when disposing of Madopar?

This may be a really silly question but I can not find anything on the web that will give me any detail. Does anyone know if a record should be kept if you are disposing of an expired pack of Madopar????

Only to account for the loss at stock taking.
Most companies have a book for this.

we would have to fill in credit note claim for the stock as out of date,and send invoice ,one copy white to head office,which module is this in?what company do you work for?it may be done in a similar way with your company,hope this helps.we would then doop the stock for safe disposal.lilly on module 7 soon! post often do you want to be buddies on the forum add me to your contacts cheers.

Thank you guys!! As soon as I read these posts the penny dropped. I think I just need to get used to what the assessors cryptic clues and questions are all about lol.

Lilly will add you. All help and advise is gladly recieved.

p.s I work in a dispensing doctors practice. Sometimes find the modules a little hard as we do things a little differently.
