    Module 6 Help!

It is waay to close to Christmas to be stressing about a module so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Firstly I am totally confused on the question about three regulations on patient confidentiality for community pharmacies. Is this looking for data protection act and information governance policy and things like that. or three things we do at work eg shredding stuff?

Also the question on communicating with angry customer, i have answered it and talked about body language, and ways to tlak to them, taking them to a quiet part of the shop? Is that right.

And last but by no means least... on the example of the CPD how should I set it out?

ANy help would be great. PArticularly on the regulations question as i am about to tear my hair out!!!

for the cpd entry, I made a table of relevant headings and in the boxes underneath a brief description of how it fitted in. Have you had to find something out for a customer that you didnt know? That can be used as your example. I had a patient who was telling me about her sons insulin pump and basal and bolus rates, didnt have a clue what she was telling me so I found out about it and used that. Is that any help. I found entering stuff in a table format helped.
