This information will be covered in the nvq documents that you've been working from and if you try googling then you will find even more information there.
If someone gives you the answer then all you know is that that is the answer and you don't know why it is the answer. You need to be an independent learner and read around the subject not just answer the questions you're given. Taking the lazy, easy way out does you no favours in the long term.
I think i found some info on counciling on my earlier books, module 5 is basically checking you have learned and undertsand everything that was covered in the 4 modules from the previous course so about 80% of the information is in your previous books or case studies im finding if you rummage through them
