what action may a pharmacist take ?

i can not find in the MEP
i heard that you can not supply it unless specified in the prescription but i am not sure
    i need for satisfactory answer

The supply for that day is forfeit.
If the supply was for two days that is also forfeit unless the script has a 'rider' on it that allows for collection if the appropriate collection day is missed. The supply would be minus the day(s) not collected.
The supply cannot be given out to any other person either.
Though some prescriptions have it printed on that the supply can also be collected by "...named other person..."
Where am I?; In the Pharmacy.
Who are you?; The new Number 2.
Who is number 1?; You are number 6.
    What do you want?;..................

also check with your local drug clinic, they may wish to know about non-compliance
