Morrisons Interview

Hi, i have got an interview with Morrisons for a third year vacational placement. I usually get nervous at interviews and don't know what to expect

Has anybody had one before?
Is it competency based? I am finding it hard to think of examples
Any tips on how to go about it?

Have you searched the forum?. why do you think you may be the first person to have an interview at Morrisons?

Came up in a couple of seconds. suggest you contact asterix and/or dig deeper.
Most interviews the same, eg Sainsburys interview etc.

Thanks for the help, i couldn't find too many relevant morrisons threads on google or whether it is a formal/informal interview.

"Most supermarkets are the same, they want you to be customer and team focused, a hard worker who can pick up skills easily.
They'll probably ask you some basic questions like
Why do you want to work for us?
what can you bring to the team?
Tell us of a time you had to work as part of a team
Tell us of a time you had a task to do in difficult circumstances
What are your hobbies and interests?
Can you participate in heavy lifting / handling of stock?"

That will do for a start, plus pharmacy related questions

as per here.
I found that they were very interested in my hobbies and outside interests.
