    hi alexmelody26

    element 2.4
    i covered pc3 pc6 and pc7 range a, knowledge k7, with the following report

After reading the operating instructions for the shredder i noted that the manufacturers instructions stated that if tearing capacity drops or the noise increases, spray with special cutting block oil onto the cutting system, our work place policies do not state that, i reported the difference to the pharmacist then spoke to the maintainance service manager who came to inspect the shredder and oil the blades.

for the evidence i went on google and checked out paper shredder, i printed off the instructions, highlighted the maintence part and sent it off.

    hope this helps

I feel quite proud that I've managed to work a shredder for years without feeling the need to write out a policy. I often let the shredding build up so my young daughter can do it when she calls in after school. It really amuses her, all that destruction, but I suppose I'm breaking all sort of rules.

My unwritten policy on all sorts of equipment, at home and at work, is that if anything goes wrong and WD40 won't fix it then throw the thing out.
