Hospital interview for summer placement 2010

Hi,

i have an interview coming up very soon .i wasnt expecting it at all knowing that i was rejected by all the community pharmacy placements .i really want to do well in the interview.

what are the things not to mention or things to look out for ,any hints?what do they actually ask?how long is it ?

if theres a thread already on this , can i get the link please.(becuase i looked i only found stuff about hospital application)

Don't talk about how big the interviewers' nose is, their sex life, don't flirt with him/her, don't give them long blank stares or anything else that will harm your chances of a successful interview.

i was lookin for more specfic things,i know what you mentioned.things like why not work in the community ?what would you say?

i just looked at the link you gave ,it hardly mentions any similar interview questions.

I don't think they'll ask you why you don't want to work in community pharmacy - it's only a placement don't forget, not a job interview. They're looking for someone who'll fit in well in the placement, who shows enthusiasm etc. For the billionth (and last) time here goes:

Why pharmacy
Why hospital
What you like/dislike about degree
Maybe a clinical q
Where do you see yourself in 5/10 years time
Relevant news related to hospital pharmacy currently (maybe).
