please help - student tech question

I'm ready cry.. I've done 5000 words on this assignment and just got stuck on this last bit. Any help would be appreciated!

The assignment is about GI disorders and this question is:

Write an account of how side effects arise with the treatments you have listed in P2 (b) and how this relates to their therapeutic action.

The treatments I listed are:
Anti motility drugs
Stimulant laxatives
Opioids for diarrhoea
Bulk forming laxatives
antimuscarinics
osmotic laxatives
macrogols
corticosterioids
ppis
h2 receptor antagonists
antacids/alginates

This is essentially asking the pharmacology behind the common side effects and how this relates to the pharmacology of the beneficial effects of these drugs.
Opioids for diarrhoea have side effects related to their action on opioid receptors in the CNS as well as GI tract (loperamide doesn't readily cross the BBB so no CNS effects), such as dizziness etc.
