    I got stuck on that, where would i find the protocol or SOP's for selling i.e paramol or codeine linctus etc.

    Pharmacies have to have a 'red card' which dictates what has to be referred to the pharmacist. Most pharmacies should have this pinned up near the counter for staff to see.

    Does your company not have an SOP aswell for it ?? Hope this helps x
