NVQ 3 / Year 1

Hello,
Is anyone doing NPA NVQ level 3 year 1 /Pharmacy Techinican?
I m on modul nr 7 and I m stuck with unit4. I work full time,I have 3years doughter and haven't got time in my work. This is nightmare!!
I don't understand why I have to do this evidence for health and safety.
Is anyone can help me,please.....

The building should have a fire certificate and an extinguisher. Staff facilities to wash hands etc. Alternative exit should have a panic bar.
All fairly commonsense.
