NVQ 3 Unit 1 - How can I cover script fees, use of cheques,scripts are free in Wales!

I'm doing NVQ level 3. Just had Unit 1 sent back to me with a few amendments to make. One of them is that I need to cover script fees, use of cash, credit cards, cheques and reclaim forms. I did a simulation in which I explained we no longer have precription fees in Wales. I managed to dispense a private rx where I took cash payment. However, my assessor still wants me to cover the others! This is more or less impossible as we don't accept chques anymore (I said this in simulation) and we rarely, if ever have english prescriptions and even if we do the patient is usually exempt from charges! I just can't cover these ranges. Should I phone the NPA and explain all this? Anyone else out there from Wales who's had trouble covering this?

Every course is nigh on obsolete when written. Surprised you were not required to comment on production of horse shoe nails. NPA about five years out of date and not fit for purpose. Probably require you to know about drachms and scruples as well. I would write a strong letter about being behind with the times.
