I've got just 3 months left of my 2 year course NVQ Level 3. It's been a hard slog and I'm so excited it's nearly over!! I've enjoyed it and it's helped me in my job but it's been much more time-consuming than I'd thought. I feel like throwing a party for myself when it's over!

Does anyone know if I get a payrise after completion? I've already done the Boots Dispensers course and I'm on £7.56 an hour now. Will it go up after registration? My boss says it doesn't but he's not too sure of the different payscales anyway as he's new to the company. However, other technicians have said my wage should increase. I was just a bit deflated when he said my money would remain the same. I just thought why have I spent 2 years doing all this studying???
