Dear Students
Just when we all thought the useless, and money demanding society could resolve in peace. they had to ruin it for students before they disappear forever!
The
Rotten Pie Spreading Gutting Bullshit (RPSGB) has been working over the past few months to draft a new Student Code of Conduct for undergraduates on MPharm courses. Alongside this, there is a guide for Schools of Pharmacy on how to implement and run Fitness to Practice procedures around this framework.
All MPharm registered students will be required to sign up to the new Code of Conduct from September 2009 and will be accountable against this in terms of their future Fitness to Practice.
It is important that you understand that the ultimate sanction of a Fitness to Practice panel is termination of a student’s MPharm degree course. Alternatively, if a student receives a sanction that does not warrant course termination then the Society will review this information at their point of registration and may refuse that student entry on the pharmaceutical register. So this really affects you!!!!!!
For this reason the RPSGB is keen to hear the views of current students on the draft documents as part of a wider consultation process so that any concerns or misunderstandings are identified before the final documents are approved.
