What do others think is the best chronological way to check prescriptions. Should it be something like, age, date, signature of practitioner ( if its not the same sig as the one written is that illegal?) and finally dose?. Any tips would be great.

The method i've picked up at uni and which works for me is top, bottom, middle, i.e name, address, age, practitioner details, prescription details.

Yeah I've always found it simpler to do it this way but you could check it from bottom upwards![]()
