i really hope those guidelines from ms. Balmer are still valid - when i worked for Rowlands guidance was issued from a head office level regarding loans against NHS business being classed as fraud (the guidance coming out in 2007). Maybe i should contact pharmsoc for clarification - after all the society is rather good at doing about-faces and dropping us in the brown cacky stuff...
