We have to remember that the RP legislation was pushed through when there was a very Multiple-Biased regulator and PSNC, and that everything the PDA predicted about the RP legislation has come to pass - even more so, actually.

It will be much easier for Alliance Boots employees to get a fair and equitable deal if and when grievances occur, if a third party are prepared to mediate and intervene.

More power to them, IMO.
