Smartcards and EPSR2
All,
Just had a colleague who was a very upset that their EPSR2 upgrade had to be cancelled and that it would take another couple of weeks to get it back on track.
The problem wasn't their PMR supplier, BT or CfH etc but down to themselves...
Why? Because the colleague had not sorted out their smartcard with the PCT and had the right roles put on it because they already had one for EPS.
Then a "task force" arrives to do the upgrade and it can't proceed - as there is no smartcard!
Everyone leaves muttering and kicking the cat on the way out.
Moral of the story : Don't delay - sort out your EPSR2 smartcard and Roles today!
