Job Interview with Sainsbury...Help!

Hi, I have an interview with Sainsbury’s for a Pharmacist position in a weeks time, I have been told it will consist of multiple parts consisting of competency based questions, a DVD then presentation and a case study up to 3 hours in total. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with one, what questions they ask and if you could share your knowledge and expertise. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you...

I'd be interested to hear how you got on as I've been offered an interview but wasn't given any indication that there'd be anything like the above involved, only date, time, who to ask for etc. I would have thought if it could take up to three hours they'd tell you that beforehand?

Yeah i will charge them plus mileage lolz.
Had the interview now was 3 intense hours long.
Plenty of questions fired.
Just pray all has gone well really.

As for ques.....
They ask general things such as:
What can you offer us
Why are you leaving your previous job
Why Sainsbury
What exp you have training staff
How you implement change
And they want examples with every answer.
