Can you dispense against EU / non-EU prescriptions?

Hi, I am a pre-reg pharmacist. Can someone clarify the specific criteria for you to prescribe against a EU (non-UK) / non-EU Rx?

My tutor told me as long as the medicines on the Rx is a UK drug, it can be dispensed as a private prescription.

    So what about non-EU Rx?

Any additional criteria is essential in your experience?

    Thanks.

Can dispense against an EU prescription and a Swiss one, as they are not EU, but are EEA. Same for dentists. Change in law about 2 years ago. Search the back files of the PJ

Strictly as a private Rx, or possibly NHS? (7.4 payable / exemption)

EU scripts to be treated as private. VAT applies?
Non EU to go to dr as private pt. However, have seen NHS scripts with pts address given as Romania.
