year 2 unit 2-really stuck

hi guys im brand new to this, icv jus completed unit 1 year 2 on the nvq, really stuck on how to start new reports for this unit,
anyone any suggestions?

I covered Unit 2 with out of date stock, CD, faxed special order, outstanding order, special order, out of date stock, re-ordering stock, a pharmacist assessment and discrepancies. I probably did waffle a bit but never had to resubmit. Hope this helps. Take care x

hey thanks so much for ur reply, im just a little confused on how to start my reports, do i start with taking a script or... i need to start asap but im completely blind as to hoe to get d ball rolling

is there an example report available for unit to, like unit 1?

Think there might be towards the back of the unit book. I did use scripts for some and evidence of faxes, date checking matrix etc. hope this helps you x

have a look at back of unit and u will find an example but most of mine i started with taking rx in as u can use them for other units
