Not over one box of co-amoxiclav. Regular prescribing of large amounts of medication (or any CDs) would be a different situation.

As an aside, do pharmacists ever 'prescribe' for themselves or their families?

I ask because once when my children were small I brought one of them to the GP and it turned out she had an ear infection. Doctor asked if I had given her any amoxycillin and when I said 'no' she just smiled. It was obvious she didn't believe me and prescribed co-amoxiclav.
