I not trying to be picky, but many employers are and while I understand your post wasn't a formal job application it still isn't a wise move to put some1, rather than someone, when you are trying to create a good impression.
And something else, some employers are female and don't appreciate being addressed as 'guys'.
You might prefer not to work for an old fogey, but a lot of us old fogeys get to do the hiring and firing.

I stay in braintree essex and my expereince level is about 1 and half years with about 4 months in UK . I qualified in Hungary and work for over year there before coming here. I know that UK expereince is always need but i have immersed my self in Medicines , Ehtics and practices with some CPPE course in repeat dispensing and EHC.I am about to take substance abuse then MUR and I am still learning like we all are.
I will check the banners . Thanks

    Dear hibernia,
My apologies, did not mean to offend our pharmacy ladies and I also understand grammar laws does not really apply here . This is the parlance in cyberworld although i acknowledge that you said it is not a formal application.
Infact it can be seen as a strong quality if my ability to connect with the young ones as an online pharmacist because the teenagers in the social cyberworld use the terms more often and somehow you have to relate with them on their level and language so that you can affect them positively.
All that being said, you suggestions are welcomed and appreciated and taken into consideration.

I am still waiting for offers from fellow pharmacist . Lend a hand

No offence taken and if English is not your first language I must compliment you on your use of it, better than many native speakers.

Unfortunately most recruiters won't offer you a job simply based on a forum post, and pharmacist positions are becoming more scarce as time goes on so the offers are hardly going to overwhelm you with their quantity.
Most of your fellow pharmacists are employees anyway, and have no say in hiring another pharmacist (after all, most of the time they would be a replacement).

Try checking the pharmaceutical journal website's jobs section, and chemist and druggist's jobs section too.

You could also try googling 'pharmacist recruitment' and see if any recruitment agencies are offering vacant positions.

Jobs at the moment will very rarely come to you - you will have to search for them yourself.

And best of luck finding something!

Do you need to stay in Essex? South West (Cornwall/Devon) and various parts of the UK north of Watford have a certain demand. Look for places that have no Schools of pharmacy too.

If you register an interest on the major employers websites (Boots/Lloyds/Co-op/Supermarkets etc) you will probably get recruitment agencies phoning you up. Please don't undersell yourself though. Remember you are a professional and should be paid for your knowledge and the fact that if you were not there, their business could not operate
