I wonder if someone can give me some advice...I came to work for a big community pharmacy company as a EU pharmacist. I came in October 2009 and signed a contract that says if leave the company before 2 years I will have to pay them for my 8 weeks training and relocation expenses. The problem is that the conversation training never happened because I had to apply through the route B and ended up doing 6 months pre-reg course and I only got registered in December 2010...so 14 months after I arrived! Now working as a relief my manager sends me everyday to the other side of England...I am tired to ask for a branch closer from my home address, they keep sending me there, they havenīt updated my salary and also they are planing to deny holidays I have requested for May, I have been deny to apply in different areas like London...the travel time adds 3 hours on top of the 9 hours I work on a daily basis...I feel like giving my resignation..but I am scared they will not accepted it and also make pay money that I donīt have now because I have been earning as a Pre-Reg for 14 months...any suggestions? Do these big companies make you pay? Should they have done a new contract for me considering that the conversion course never really happened?
I appreciate any response
Thanks
