I am from Lithuania. I am getting ready for my English egzam, because I would like to work with Boots. So now I should make a pre-screening assessment. I did it before, but it was not perfect, just good. But even I will get employed it not London I am going to work in. Non of the pharmaceutical chains are offering positions in London.
Was writting L'loyds, ASDA, TESCO, but non of them replyed. Only Morissons promised to write once they get anything.
You can try writing AZALEASOLUTIONS. There is this man called Henry. He may offer you smth. But not in London

Even London pharmacists cannot get jobs in London, so why should an employer chose you above a local? Mind you if pharmacists will work for free, that is even better for employers than the recent offering of £12/hour.

johnep is right. i'm in hospital pharmacy and speaking to our pre-regs there are hardly any jobs going in hospital for newly qualifieds. i dread to think what it's like for community in london.
on another note, i'm not a great believer in EU reciprocation, as 1. standard of english isn't guaranteed and 2. pharmacy in other eu countries is simply not the same, for example, prescription and over the counter medicines are completely different.
to be honest, quite frankly, if the standard of your spoken english is as bad as that written in this thread, i'm not surprised that many of you have had problems getting work, paid or unpaid.
