How much is Rowlands willing to pay its regular pharmacists (or rather pharmacy managers as the pharmacist there has to be a branch manager)? Is a salary of £45k achievable for a 45-hour week?
That figure is probably realistic enough, but would probably be reserved for some of their script factories (and there's a few of them about). In my experience they're the best company of the lot to work for - well organized and the staff are extremely well trained. They're big up on MUR targets now as well though (who isn't).
I would imagine this is realistic but would increase with experience, my manger gets that figure for a 36hr week but has worked for the same company for 15years. Most other managers I know with 5 years managerial experience are on that figure for a 40hr week.
