After eight months when the originals were up to 40% CHEAPER than the the generics we had a price cut on generics to bring them to being 2% cheaper. No I didn't miss a zero, that is supposed to read TWO PERCENT.
Now there are plans to intoduce reference pricing and generic substitution, but it hardly seems worthwhile to save 2%, given that the real drugs costs are in the ones still on patent.
