Default Interview for a big chain

I'm going to have an interview for a big chain and I'm preparing inspecting questions of the previous interviews.
Can you help me to answer them? The questions are especially formulated for international pharmacists coming from EU, so maybe some questions could seem too easy or weird to you..

Ok let's go with the first tranche of questions!

1) How do you manage your team?
2) What do you do to improve your sales?
3) What do you know/what do you think of NHS contract?
4) How many prescription do you do a day/a week?
5) What extra services do you offer?
6) What do you do when a patient with (…symptoms) comes to your office?
7) What do you do in your pharmacy?
8) Why do you like working as pharmacist?
9) What are your experiences?(read through the cv )
10) What advice you would give for paracetamol
11) What would you do if a mother with a baby that has ear ache comes at your pharmacy, what would you do?
12) If a pregnant woman would you prescribe ranitidine?
13) What advice would you give for metronidazolo?
14) What would you do if an upset customer comes at your pharmacy?
15) If moving to UK are you coming with anyone?
16) What would you give to someone that has a stomach ache but no prescription?
17) What would you prescribe for an asthmatic?
18) What would you perscribe for a high blood pressure?
19) For someone with cough, what would you prescribe and what is the chemical formula?
20) How can tell the difference between headache and migraine?
21) Explain the symptoms of anaemia ?
22) Can you talk about a medicine that is taken from the market because of the side effects?

Thanks in advance to those that will answer!

Yes - it's very sad - it reduces the potential for increasing profits by treating the side effects.

Piq, I love Jeff's answers, they really made me laugh!
but on a serious note, I can't really imagine a large UK Phcy company turning you down because you haven't given them the answers they wanted to hear... As long as you are (or can get) Registered with the RPSGB in the UK, you are eminently valuable and employable.
The answers to Questions 10 to 22 will be very similar whether you're in Italy or in the UK(except Q15); I don't know any Phcist who knows the chemical formula of cough suppressants by heart, that's what Martindales are for!

Areas where it would be in your advantage to gain more knowledge: the NHS contract, additional services UK Phcists can provide, maybe work structures in UK pharmacies...
As you probably already know, I moved to the UK from Belgium, so I was in the same situation 8 years ago, as you are now; so if there's anything I can help you with, let me know! (AND I speak a bit of italian!)
