    reporting Complaints by march 31st

Hi, does anyone know how we should be submitting our annual report on complaints received to the PCT? I belive its a new item for 2009/10 pharmacy contract.
I've phone our PCT and they are clueless (even though im supposed to be sending it to them)
I've phone the RPSGB and they've transferred me from person to person, untill i ended up with a voicemail!
    any clues, ideas, suggestions anyone?
    thanks

if the pct don't want it / don't know what to do with it, don't send it. However keep it on file in case they do want it at some point!

but what am i supposed to keep anyway?
we haven't had any complaints all year - so do we just keep an A4 piece of paper that says - no complaints at this pharmacy?
or is there like a questionnaire that i need to fill?
