And besides, we would have to do an audit to make sure we had done it properly.

Well, my staff have really gone to town this year: There's a Christmas Tree on the counter, complete with lights & baubles; one in the dispensary (again, with lights and baubles, AND some chocolate ones which the supervisor counts every morning to check we haven't sneakily attacked them already!); Fairy lights in the window; an Advent calendar with chocolates inside, and there's even a bit of red tinsel around the computer screen in the Consultation room!
Our motto: we work hard, so we play hard too!

...And then we stay on after closing-time, to write about our hard work: record all our interventions, signposting, referrals, audits, reflecting on our learning, etc... etc...
