Co-operative? I've heard about them, but I don't know too many things? Can you describe a little how things work with them?

I worked for the coop for 10-15 years and had no problems at all.

All companies have pro's and cons and every pharmacist is different and will have preferences depending on what their motivations are.
The key when looking at a new role is thinking about your priorities and what is important to you and then seeing if the companies (and most importantly the vacancies they have in your area) match your criteria.
It is sometimes hard to find a job/company that 'ticks all the boxes', so it's about weighing up the things that are most important before accepting a position.
We recommend attending interviews and getting a feel for the company and your prospective boss.
And, as Pharmanut stated, if you are at all unsure then request to do a locum day as a trial before accepting a job offer.
That way you're not just taking our word or the area manager's or other pharmacist's opinions before making a move - plus you get a feel for the staff dynamic at a particular branch which is such an important part of community pharmacy.
Hope this helps and I am obviously available for any further recruitment advice.

If it's still the same as it was a few years ago, there are a few different "co-ops", especially in Scotland, which are actually completely different companies. Caused me a bit of confusion in the past. Found the ones in West Midlands particularly good though.
