    loan to buy pharmacy?

    what loans are there available to buy a pharmacy?

    Very few these days. Best to start with a million of your own.

    the main wholesalers used to offer loan guarantee schemes but my bank seems to think
    these are less likely. They ( natwest) are developing their own section to specialise in loans to healthcare professionals

    I think numark/phoenix still run their loan scheme. you'd have to approach them though as i think they've tightened up the loan criteria significantly now.
    That and then you'd be tied into phoenix as your main supplier for a number of years. Given the support available through numark though it's no bad thing.
    That and phoenix actually give you a dvd every quarter with full invoice and statement details on them - saves you getting snowed under with old invoices! They also do a very good breakdown of your discount structure as well.
