Does anyone out there know how the wonderful Capacity Improvement Programme at the PPA copes with NCSO items? Is the system set up to spot any item which could have a NCSO endorsement and pass it to an exception handler (human being in common parlance) or do I have to confuse the machinery by scribbling purple highlighter all over the item?
