My new job in hospital is killing me it's so boring. Please somebody help me get out of there !
My name's Sofia and I'm based in Yorkshire and I would like to make a big call out to all English Pharmacists looking to open a new pharmacy.
Only if you're really going for it. It's taken me time enough to launch myself !
Re: Still sadly looking for a business partner ...!
It's slow, nobody seems to know much (it's all consultant's decision), nobody wants or can change anything, there's no money for anything, nobody has an opinion about anything and it is that way because 'that's the way it's always been bla bla bla...'
(Sorry. You asked)
But in our chemist ...! If you come with me! WE'll be better! WE'll be bigger! WE will be able to CHANGE - IMPROVE - GET SOMEWHERE ... and everything will be beautiful ...!
(You reckon I can recruit people with my add?)
If I was a graduate I wouldn't bother getting into business. If you want my sincere opinion I would just simply look for a 'very well to do' husband to pay for everything (perhaps a chemist too!) At my early age I have already come to this realization moment, this is what I would recommend to my daughter and any other young lady willing to know.
Any other ideas?
Hello everyone.
Re: Still sadly looking for a business partner ...!
No its fine. Just i am very opptermistic and am very excited about the range of oppurtunities available to me. Well there are very few well do people. They form 0.5% of the population. I want the satisfaction of becoming one of these personally and helping others along the way.

No its alright i did ask. Just i am very optermistic and always will be. I am very excited about the oppurtunities open to me. Sadly those very well to do are rare, being 0.5% or less of the population. I am determined to become one of these or least try so i will not remain for ever envious and be all i can be.

Very pretty,
Forgive me, but same as I am particularly interested in accents so I am about written language. Are you not English either?
Coming back to the initial subject all I can say is: You'll get over it. Give it a few more years and soon you will start feeling frustrated about popular undeserved success and corporate b***t. I wish you all the best in the way.
Re: Still sadly looking for a business partner ...!
thankyou. No i am English but half Italian. I tend to type before i think lol.
People say that but i can promise i wont and no many who dont feel like that. I fall into the small pool of passionate happy pharmacists who love their career.

I worked in hospital as a pre-reg the full year and it was awesome!
The pharmacists had great input in medication for patients especially those that had specialised. I think it is a bit boring doing the clinical diploma but once that is done then it starts to become interesting.
Hospital pharmacy is definately the way forward if you want to build on your clinical knowledge. Have you worked at other hospitals? Have you done the diploma?
I thought of opening my own pharmacy but TBH it is not worth the headache. That is why i am a locum
